Elisa Arancibia Honored by California Plein Air Painters September 10, 2016 SAN JOSE, CA— California Plein Air Painters (CPAP) , one of the country’s leading organizations for advancing the art of plein air painting and education, is pleased to announce that Elisa Arancibia has been named a finalist in its annual International Plein Air Challenge Juried Exhibit. Artists from around the world participated in this event and competed for honors, awards and the opportunity to display their art. The awards recognize artists whose work demonstrates extraordinary achievement.
